1. Nature of the Service

The red light wellbeing sessions provided by [Your business name] are non-medical wellbeing services.

These sessions:

  • Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
  • Are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Are provided for general wellbeing and relaxation purposes only

2. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

By requesting and participating in a session, you confirm that:

  • You are participating voluntarily
  • You understand the session involves exposure to red and near-infrared light
  • You will follow all guidance provided during the session
  • You will immediately stop the session if you feel uncomfortable, unwell, or wish to discontinue for any reason

You acknowledge that individual responses to wellbeing services vary and that no specific outcomes or benefits are guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

4. Booking Requests & Approval

Submitting a booking request or verifying a payment method does not guarantee a confirmed session.

All sessions are:

  • Subject to location suitability
  • Subject to travel feasibility
  • Subject to availability

A session is only confirmed once you receive explicit confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a request if logistical or operational constraints apply.

5. Payment & Card Verification (Pay-Later)

You may be asked to securely verify a payment method in advance of your session.

Important:

  • No payment is taken at the verification stage
  • Card details are securely stored by Stripe
  • Payment is only collected after the session, unless otherwise agreed

Verification helps reduce no-shows and allows smooth payment processing after service delivery.

6. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under UK law, you generally have 14 days from booking to cancel.

However, by requesting that your session take place within the 14-day cancellation period, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Once the session has been fully completed, you lose your right to cancel
  • No refund is due after the session has taken place

7. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before the session: Free cancellation
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: 50% cancellation fee
  • After the session is completed: No refund

Missed appointments or access issues at the agreed location may be treated as late cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse, non-disclosure of relevant health information, or failure to follow guidance

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of your booking request will apply.
